PixGameHubYou can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time from inside the game: Settings, then Delete account. Your full rights are on the page "Your rights over virtual items and purchases".
If you cannot open the game
write to us from the Contact us page from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm and delete it.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, name and avatar
- Your progress: coins, gifts, kisses, VIP and records
- Your places on leaderboards and in competitions
- Every sign-in link (email, Google, VK, Apple)
What we keep, and why
- Purchase records required by tax law, no longer linked to you
- Anonymous counts that cannot identify you
