Your rights over virtual items and purchases

Effective from October 26, 2026

What you buy in the game

Coins, VIP, gifts, decorations and other items are virtual items. Buying them gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the game while your account exists. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for money or moved outside the game, and have no value outside it. Spending is always optional: the game can be played for free.

Deleting your account

  • Deletion is permanent: your profile, coins, VIP, items, rewards, progress and every sign-in link are erased and cannot be restored.
  • Virtual items and unused coins end with the account. No refund or compensation is due for them after deletion, because they were licences for use inside the game.
  • If something is wrong with a payment (charged twice, not delivered, not authorised by you), contact us before deleting, so we can fix or refund it.
  • We keep only purchase records (amount, date, product, payment reference) without your name or account, for as long as accounting and tax law requires — commonly 5 to 10 years, depending on the country.
  • Messages and gifts you sent to other players stay in their conversations, shown as from a deleted account, without your name or picture.

Your rights by region

  • European Union, EEA and United Kingdom: the GDPR and UK GDPR give you the right to access, correct, receive a copy of (portability) and erase your personal data (Article 17). For digital content bought online, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once delivery starts with your express consent (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m); UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If the content is faulty or not as described, you keep the remedies of Directive (EU) 2019/770 and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • United States: California residents can ask to know and to delete their personal data (CCPA / CPRA), and since 2025 California law (AB 2426) requires sellers to make clear that digital items are licences, not ownership. Other states with privacy laws, such as Virginia, Colorado and Texas, give similar rights to delete.
  • Russia: under Federal Law No. 152-FZ on personal data you may withdraw your consent and require your data to be destroyed; the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights applies to paid services.
  • Other countries: Brazil (LGPD), Turkey (KVKK), India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023), Saudi Arabia (PDPL), the United Arab Emirates (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), Egypt (Law No. 151 of 2020) and many others give similar rights to access and erase personal data.
  • App stores: purchases made through Google Play or the App Store follow the store's own refund policy; ask the store for a refund there.

How to use your rights

  • Delete the account yourself at any time: in the game, Settings → Delete account.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or help with a payment: write to us from the Contact us page.
  • We answer within 30 days. If you think we did not respect your rights, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country.
