PixGameHubPixGameHub and its games are made by PixGameHub. This policy explains what we collect when you play, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your player profile: name, avatar and country you choose
- Game progress: coins, gifts, kisses, VIP, records and achievements
- Your sign-in link when you use Google or Apple (we never see your password)
- Device type, language and anonymous crash reports
- Purchase records from the store, Telegram Stars or the web
Why we use it
- To save your progress and keep it on every device you sign in on
- To run leaderboards, challenges and competitions
- To deliver what you buy and prevent fraud
- To fix crashes and improve the games
Advertising
Some screens show ads (for example a rewarded video for a bonus). Where the law requires it we ask for your consent first; you can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings or the game's settings.
Payments
Payments are handled by Google Play, the App Store, Telegram or the web payment provider. We never see or store your card details — we only receive a record of what was bought and when.

Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the game: Settings → Delete account. We then sign you out of every device and erase your profile and everything linked to it — coins, VIP, items, rewards, progress, photos, stories and every sign-in link. We keep only purchase records, without your identity, for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Messages and gifts you sent to other players stay in their conversations, shown as from a deleted account, without your name or picture.
