Playing the games
- The games are free to play; some items can be bought
- One account per player; keep your sign-in safe
- Leaderboards and competitions must be played fairly
Purchases and virtual items
Coins, gifts, VIP and other items are a licence to use them in the game, not property with real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game. Refunds follow the rules of the store you paid with.
Fair play
- No cheats, bots, modified clients or exploiting bugs
- No offensive names, avatars or messages
- No selling or trading accounts
Changes and availability
We improve the games over time, so content, prices and features may change. We may pause a game for maintenance.
Ownership
The games, their names, logos, art, music and code belong to PixGameHub (Mahran Alsarminy). Contact: the Contact us page.
Virtual items and deleting your account
- Coins, VIP, gifts and other items are virtual items: a personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the game while your account exists. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or moved outside the game.
- Spending in the game is always optional.
- When you delete your account (Settings → Delete account), the licence ends: your virtual items and unused coins are lost and are not refunded, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
- Purchase records are kept, without your identity, as accounting and tax law requires.
