Terms

Questions

How do my customers use a code?

They open the game's menu, choose Promo code and type it. Each code works once.

Can I get my prepayment back?

No: the prepayment, top-ups and codes are final. Your balance stays yours to spend on codes.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, contact us and we will move you to the plan that fits.
